Job Description
We are seeking floor Nurses that are looking to make a transition into a Case Manager role. Even if you have little to no Case Management experience, you could still be a perfect fit! We know that many Floor Nursing opportunities allow you gain insight into what Case Management looks like. You will collaborate with various departments and partners to execute care plans and provide direction and advice to patients and providers on effective care management.
We are also seeking experienced floor nurses who are looking to advance their careers by moving into a new specialty department within an accredited hospital system. These roles offer the chance to broaden clinical expertise and contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

This role is based in a hospital office environment, where you will have access to the necessary resources and facilities to perform your duties effectively.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Compensation package includes comprehensive benefits package to its employees.
