A day in the life.

The Case Manager – Executive Benefits (CM-EB) is responsible for processing new business submissions, coordinating underwriting efforts, and handling policy service for all products administered through the Life Department – individual life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance – with a focus on coverages issued through our Executive Benefits clients and programs (i.e., “multi-life” accounts).  For both individual and multi-life clients, the CM-EB handles cases from the proposal stage, through application/enrollment, to policy issuance and delivery, and inforce servicing.  The CM-EB serves as the primary liaison on assigned clients/cases between carriers, our partner general agencies, and MMA’s producers.

Serve as the primary new business, operations, and servicing contact for all assigned clients.Facilitate the application and underwriting evidence collection process for individual new business cases.Coordinate the implementation of new multi-life Executive Benefit programs, including enrollment, policy placement, and communication strategies.Conduct regular reviews of assigned Executive Benefit clients’ programs to ensure all rosters are up-to-date and that additions, terminations, salary updates, etc. are being reported as necessary.Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients with inforce policies – addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, new business procedures, regulations, and best practices related to individual life/DI/LTC insurance and Executive Benefits, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.Support sales team efforts to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and support new business development.Prepare presentations with producers, for both internal and client-facing purposes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and reports.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Maintain a valid insurance license.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Previous experience in account management or client services, preferably in the insurance industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong knowledge of executive benefit plans – including nonqualified deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement plans, and executive life insurance – a plus.Shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability
