Position Purpose:
Join Mercy Care’s mission-driven team to provide compassionate, community-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents. This role focuses on direct outreach, psychosocial assessments, care coordination, and therapeutic support for underserved youth and families.
What You Will Do:
Deliver assertive outreach and psychotherapy services in community settings.
Develop and maintain treatment plans and progress notes (30+ weekly encounters).
Link individuals to psychiatric, medical, social, and financial resources.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinicians, and family support systems.
Participate in health fairs and community events 3–4 times annually.
Support grant programs under the Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health umbrella.
Perform administrative tasks including data reporting and insurance updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health or social services.
Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English preferred).
Strong knowledge of community resources and mental health symptoms.
Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
