We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wellnz team at Marsh. This role will be based in Wellington. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Wellnz , a part of Marsh, has an opportunity for a self-motivated, talented individual experienced in TPA/ACC Case Management, looking for something different, where they can put their excellent case management, communication and relationship building skills to use.
Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with: injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of client cases for work or non-work injury claimsEnsure injury claims meet Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation, and Wellnz’s commitment to qualityProvide day-to-day coordination of a claims management support teamSet clear expectations regarding support under ACC legislationPromote a healthy and safe working environmentWhat you need to have:
Experience in injury rehabilitation case management or equivalent experience in a relevant health disciplineRelevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or rehabilitation or a health-related disciplineThorough knowledge of the ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP)Strong clinical and ACC legislative knowledgeProven effective communication, interpersonal, relationship, and leadership skillsWhat makes you stand out:
