Case Manager
**Now Hiring: Remote Case Manager | WFH!!** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking **experienced Case Managers** to support patient access and affordability programs. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working directly with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to resolve reimbursement and care challenges. Case Managers ensure patients receive the medications they need by providing compassionate support, accurate information, and timely resolutions. This is a **remote** opportunity where you’ll work collaboratively to make a real impact in the patient journey. **Location** : Remote – open to candidates in any U.S. state **Pay Rate** : $17-$19/hr.(based on experience, education, and location) **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST **Employment Type:** Full-Time Contract with potential to convert to FTE **What You’ll Do** • Interact with patients, providers, and stakeholders to resolve reimbursement and access-to-care challenges • Serve as a program subject matter expert, managing case elements that drive program success • Research, document, and resolve inquiries related to insurance, benefits, and medication access • Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience while meeting program expectations • Collaborate with team members to uncover insights and improve processes **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of relevant experience (healthcare, insurance, reimbursement, or patient journey support) Knowledge of pharmacy and/or medical benefit structures Proficiency in insurance/reimbursement benefits Strong communication skills with a calm, adaptable, and professional demeanor Comfortable working with Windows or Mac iOS and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment **Nice to Have** • Prior experience in patient access programs, case management, or specialty pharmacy support • A growth mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement **Perks of Joining Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** Competitive pay Fully remote – work from the comfort of home Opportunity for full-time conversion with long-term career potential Be part of a team that directly helps patients live healthier lives **Ready to Make a Difference?** _If you’re passionate about healthcare access and want to support patients on their journey to healthier lives, apply today with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences!_ Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
