Case Manager
Job Title: Remote Case Manager Location: Remote – Any State Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Pay: $18 - $19/HR About the Role: As a Case Manager, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert supporting access and affordability programs. You’ll interact with customers and stakeholders to manage reimbursement and patient care challenges while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a passion for helping patients access the medications they need. Responsibilities: + Support access and affordability programs with professionalism and expertise + Manage complex reimbursement and patient care challenges + Provide accurate, timely information to customers and stakeholders + Research, respond, and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction + Collaborate with peers to drive program success and improve processes Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required + 5+ years of related healthcare or case management experience + Knowledge of patient journey in healthcare + Insurance & reimbursement benefits proficiency + Familiarity with pharmacy and/or medical benefit structures + Experience using Microsoft Office + Comfortable with Mac iOS or Windows operating systems Preferred Skills: + Strong customer service and communication abilities + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
