Case Manager | $26.32/hour | Part-time – 25-hours weekly | On-site  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $26.32 per hour plus additional compensationFlexible ScheduleLocation: Houston, Texas 77054Contract opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job DescriptionThe Center Case Manager primarily provides Casey Life Skills Assessments (CLSAs) and Independent Study Guides (ISGs) to current foster care youth between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, in a 13-county area Responsibilities:Begins the CLSA and ISG completion process for referred youth within a five-day timeframe by making contact via telephone, email, or mail.Conducts and scores CLSAs, facilitating virtual discussions with youth, caregivers, and agency staff to review results, offer life skill activity recommendations, and share information on HAY Center services like Transition Coaching, Summer Jobs Program, and College Tours.Assists with ISG completion for youth in placements where no support is available, serving as an alternative to classroom settings.Prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports to the direct supervisor.Enters all required documentation into a case management database, maintains case files, and supports in-person Life Skills Training when needed. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related fieldAt least one year of full-time, paid experience working with adolescents, focusing on group facilitation in classroom, educational, or social service environments.Sufficient knowledge or experience in working with youth that may be aggressive or in crisis.Knowledge and understanding of adolescent/transition age youth stages of development.Benefits and Perks:Competitive pay of $26.32 per hourMedical Benefits via contractor planTraining & growth opportunityAbility to work for a government entity Your New Organization:The is a one-stop center where current and former foster youth, ages 16-25, can acquire a variety of transition resources, housing services and support.
