Case Manager

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Case Manager in Burlington, Vermont! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply today for further consideration.
**Type:** Four-month contract, opportunity for extension
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, part time hours
**Pay:** $34.00 to $39.00 an hour, based on experience
**Responsibilities of the Case Manager:**
· Provide critical support for students experiencing emotional or material challenges that negatively impact their behavioral health, mental health, wellbeing and ability to achieve academic success.
· Supporting students in crisis while remaining calm.
· Provide appropriate mental health assessment, crisis management and response, triage to appropriate resources, effective referrals, follow-up, tracking, and continuity of care between campus departments and community resources.
· Expected to manage student cases start to finish, managing all facets of a case
· Frequent communication and collaboration with campus police, Academic Units at colleges, counseling, and other services on campus.
**Qualifications for the Case Manager:**
· Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Higher Education, Behavioral Health, or related field and two to four years' related experience required.
· Crisis/suicide intervention experience and critical incident debriefing capabilities required.
· Ability to demonstrate a commitment to fostering a collaborative, equitable, and socially just environment.
· Prior experience with college age students is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $34.00 to $39.00 per hour
