Case Manager

The Case Manager has primary responsibilities in Case Management and Institutional Support, On-Call/Crisis/Emergency Response, Administration, and Supervision/Advising. The Case Manager is responsible for for providing high-level student support intervention, coordination of services to student experiencing academic, personal, or medical difficulties to assist them in removing barriers to success through goal-oriented and strengths-based assessment to enhance their holistic well-being while living on campus. Case Manager is a key resource in delivering and participating in prevention education programming for their assigned areas. The Case Manager is supervised by the University Student Housing (USH) Care Team Director within the Residence Life area.
