Case Manager
Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Los Angeles. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support vital operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within homeless nonprofit organizations and section 8 housing is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls and provide attentive customer service to address inquiries and concerns. • Organize and maintain schedules by coordinating appointments and meetings. • Perform accurate data entry to ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Manage email correspondence by drafting, reviewing, and responding promptly to messages. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create and manage documents, presentations, and reports. • Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for efficient access to information. • Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations and ensure deadlines are met. • Monitor and order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-equipped workspace. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support or a related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks under deadlines. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Demonstrated customer service skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls. • Familiarity with scheduling tools and appointment coordination. • High level of organizational skills with the ability to maintain efficient filing systems.
