What You’ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsMeasure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other materials to exact specificationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking/construction machinery safely and efficientlyMaintain high quality standards on all builds and installationsCollaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budgetFollow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area

Work Experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or general construction (or the ability to be trained)Ability to read and follow technical drawings or plansStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipPhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsDependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeValid driver’s license preferred
