Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Perform routine carpentry tasks and structural repairs (stairs, decks, fences, walls, roofs) Install flooring, ceiling tiles, cabinetry, glass, and other building componentsConduct painting, concrete work, and minor electrical fixture installationsRespond to and complete resident service requests in a timely mannerEnsure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standardsCarpenter Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in carpentry, roofing repairs, or general maintenanceAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCapable of working independently and managing multiple tasksGood communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanshipApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
