Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Hours: Monday-Friday 40+ hours + Perform selective demolition of existing apartment features to prepare for accessibility upgrades. + Complete wood framing for doorways, walls, and other structures in compliance with ADA requirements. + Install and adjust interior doors for proper swing and clearance. + Install baseboards, trim, and molding with precision and clean finish. + Install wire shelving in closets and storage areas. + Mount bathroom accessories such as grab bars, mirrors, towel holders, and other ADA-compliant fixtures. + Ensure all work meets building codes, ADA standards, and project specifications. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety procedures. + Work collaboratively with project managers, other trades, and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a commercial carpenter. + Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry. + Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. + Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. + Reliable transportation and tools. + OSHA-10 certification preferred. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in the commercial field required + Prior experience using standard carpentry hand and power tools required TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
