Manpower in Charleston, WV is seeking a carpenter for a client in the Charleston/Teays Valley area.

Job Description:
As a carpenter you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including:

Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard

Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately

Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Collaborating effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Good physical condition and stamina

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required)

Relevant certification or apprenticeship preferred but not essential
