Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Wise Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of the CargoWise One platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CargoWise functionalities, particularly in system configuration, third-party integrations, and end-to-end implementation processes within logistics and freight forwarding environments. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expertise in CargoWise One implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support * Design and execute integration strategies between CargoWise and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, TMS, EDI platforms) * Customize and configure CargoWise modules to align with business processes and operational requirements * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the CargoWise platform * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
