Praha Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver/ Scheduler (CNA, PCA, or HHA) to join our team! We take pride in our work and work as a close-knit team to enrich our residents' lives.

This role primarily serves to respond to call-ins and provide shift coverage when there is no backup available and deliver quality and compassionate care to our residents in assisted living and memory care.

WEEK 1  M:Caregiver, T:Scheduler, W:Caregiver, Th: Scheduler, F: Caregiver,
WEEK 2 M: Scheduler, T: OFF, W: Caregiver, Th: OFF, F: Scheduler

Wage Range: $22 - $23/ hour depending on experience. $25 / hour when doing the on-call phone coverage at night.

Location:100 1st Street SE, New Prague, MN 56071

Caregiver/Scheduler Responsibilities:Schedule Caregivers to ensure adequate coverage.Assist with completing employee timecards in an accurate and timely manner.Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.Assist with mobility and transportation care.Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.Caregiver/Scheduler Qualifications:Must have 1 year of Caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or Nursing Home Prior experience administering medication preferred but not required. We will train you!A compassionate attitude and willingness to work with elderly adults.Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.Must be 18 years or older.Cassia Benefits:Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesTuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer MatchComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time Employees
