Responsibilities: + Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support + Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks + Administering medications following proper protocols + Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship + Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans + Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress + Going out and about in the community to increase and improve socialization skills and increase community inclusion.
