### Job Duties Provide hands-on assistance with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with mealtime support and monitor nutritional intake. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Engage residents in conversation, activities, and social interaction to promote emotional well-being. Observe and report any changes in physical or mental condition to nursing staff. Support residents with memory loss using a kind, patient, and person-centered approach. Document care provided and follow care plans accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold residents’ rights and protect confidentiality at all times. ### Minimum Education Required CNA certification a plus, but not mandatory. ### Minimum Experience Required Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required—training is provided. Passion for working with seniors, especially those living with dementia. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old.
