Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include collecting technical, functional, and non-functional requirements; spearhead requirements gathering, process modeling and re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, and organizational change management throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with product managers and solution architects to come up with system and database design; review and modify design based on peer feedback and future needs and changes. Lead a team of developers to build data pipelines; ensure CI/CD integration and proper documentation for future references; and ensure their learning of best coding practices and development. Meet with client teams to discuss future scope and revisit design and implementation accordingly. Showcase a proven ability to swiftly grasp business concepts in unfamiliar domains, adapting quickly to new areas of expertise. Navigate environments with competing and alternating priorities, maintaining a steadfast focus on timely delivery. Demonstrate hands-on experience integrating data products, to actionable insights by leveraging visualization tools with AI and ML-based output.

Technical Skills Skills Requirements:

Qualified applicants must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and 4 years or experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: Data Engineering, Amazon Web Services, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Hive, Database and System Design, Python, CI/CD, Github, Gitlab, Jenkins. Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
