We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and architecture of our web applications and services. You will guide a team of talented developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Technical Skills

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers with various skillsets. Provide technical guidance and expertise, ensuring best practices are followed.

Architecture & Design:

Design and implement scalable and robust full-stack architectures. Understand various platforms, cloud architectures and present with new patterns with use cases. Make critical technical decisions regarding technology stacks, frameworks, and tools. Ensure the application's performance, security, and maintainability. Create and maintain technical documentation, which includes physical and logical architectures. Familiar with pipelines and continuous integration methodologies. Define data standards, policies, and procedures. Evaluate and select data management technologies, including databases, cloud platforms, and data integration tools. Work with cloud based data solutions.

Technology Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain deep knowledge of the full technology stack.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements. Communicate data architecture concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Work with stakeholders to ensure data architecture alignment with project goals. Ability to document suggested frameworks and patterns and propose new standards, policies, guidelines etc. Nice-to-have skills Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack web development.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as:

Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#). Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core). Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Experience with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
