Receptionist
As a Receptionist, your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Welcoming Clients: Greet clients warmly as they arrive and help them feel comfortable while waiting. Managing Calls: Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide basic information about services. Document Handling: Organize and prepare important documents for meetings and mailing, such as policy updates or contract renewals. Problem Solving: Handle small client issues or questions, offering resolutions or connecting them with the right person. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry tasks, processing payments, or updating client records in the database. Daily Cash Handling: Daily receipt and balancing of cash receipts, to reconcile petty cash and ensure accurate financial records. Client Follow-Up: Call or email clients to confirm appointments or provide information they requested earlier.
