Your duties will include handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing technical support, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to service level agreements.
Experience in blended process including voice and email campaigns Possess strong knowledge of Banking products (specially US Payments) Answering incoming calls and emails regarding product and services and general queries Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Update customer information in CRM during and after each call Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in processes Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Being empathetic in all customer interactions Technical SkillsSkills required:
