The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. Managing Raw Materials Inventory: This includes weekly reviews of MRP, timely purchase order replenishment, liaising with suppliers and procurement, working with internal stakeholders on backorders, analysing materials inventory when production plans change, and determining appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies. Change Control Management: Initiating and following up on change controls until closure, evaluating change impacts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new materials on site What will you learn? Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Concept: how does it works in a primary vaccine manufacturing company, what are the relevant master data affecting MRP and different types of planning model. Change Control (CC) Management concept: attend Instructor-Led training on CC and read CC standard operating procedure to understand the process and be able to apply the principles in a GMP regulated environment to ensure compliance and maintain product quality. What are we looking for? Ability to quickly learn and apply GMP manufacturing requirements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills driven by curiosity Proactive communication with relevant stakeholders. Adaptability to change and working under pressure Good organization skills to manage multiple materials, suppliers and timelines A good team player and possess continuous improvement mindset.
