Care Team Manager – Personal Care Services
Chariton, IA | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel required: 50% local travel (mileage reimbursed based on state guidelines)

What You’ll Do:As a Care Team Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Chariton office and provide leadership to our dedicated personal care team across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising personal care operations and field staff
Ensuring compliance with state guidelines and Elara policies
Supporting caregivers and administrative staff in daily workflows
Participating in field visits (50% travel required)
Managing schedules, onboarding, and operational efficiencies
Acting as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and vendors
Maintaining office equipment, supplies, and facility needs
Collaborating with leadership to improve services and performance
What You Bring:5+ years of experience in office management or personal care operations
Prior supervisory experience in personal care or home-based services (Iowa-specific knowledge a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
Willingness to travel locally and conduct in-home visits as needed
