Care Team Leader - Access Center

90% FTE, 8/12 evening shifts, primary shift 11:00am – 11:30pm. Includes weekends and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Team Leader to:

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing Preferred

 

Work Experience

2 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit Required3 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit
Intermediate Care Experience Preferred

 

Licenses & Certifications

Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Required
