Diversion Support Services The Diversion Support Services program works with individuals who are incarcerated in Middlesex County and released under bail reform to link them to services, including housing, financial assistance, physical health, and mental health services. The program uses a peer-focused and strengths-based model to transform consumers from surviving to thriving. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy services, maintain a caseload of up to 20 consumers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care. Collaborates with other programs that individuals are involved with to ensure appropriate care Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served Must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Experience working with the population preferred Must possess a valid driver’s license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency owned vehicle About Legacy Treatment Services Legacy Treatment Services is a vibrant non-profit behavioral health organization that utilizes cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practice in treatment and clinical care.
