You’ll be responsible for supervising daily operations, supporting care coordination strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes and resource utilization. This position also includes administrative duties such as hiring, staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation.
