The Cardiovascular Technologist's aim is to provide quality health care in the area of coronary and peripheral vascular angiography, as well as structural heart and electrophysiology procedures required by the Cardiovascular Department. This position requires professional and independent judgment in critical and stressful situations.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training and Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Program resulting in registry eligibility OrAssociate's Degree and Radiology Technologist Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International OrUpon hire: Montana Radiologic Technologist AND National Registered Technologist - Radiography (RTR) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Preferred qualifications:

1 year of catheterization laboratory experience.
