PRN. Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30 PM. One or two days a week but schedule may vary. You will work at 610 N. Whitney Way, Madison WI.

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Sonography Instructor to:
Follow the School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography CAAHEP accredited curriculum, educate, and grade students enrolled in the School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Ensure that students are well prepared for the following certification examinations conducted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers: Sonographic Principles and Instrumentation (SPI); Adult Echocardiography (RDCS, AE); Pediatric Echocardiography (PE), and Vascular Technology (RVT). Bring your excitement about education, willingness to continue researching education methodologies, and keep current with the newest sonographic technologies.At UW Health, you will have:

Qualifications Associate's Degree Required Graduate of an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography Required Bachelor's Degree in Education or another relevant field Preferred Work Experience 3 years full-time professional experience as an adult echo sonographer Required 5 years full-time professional experience as an adult echo and vascular sonographer Preferred Licenses & Certifications American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification in the following specialties:• RDCS (Adult Echocardiography) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)
Upon Hire Required ACS (Advanced Cardiac Sonographer), RDCS (Pediatric Echocardiography) Preferred
