The role youll contribute:

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the warehouse operation maintains accurate inventory levels for ensuring inventory is available and ready for use. Ensures accuracy and integrity of inventory that is a vital component to guarantee continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages. Ensures collection of volume metrics, disposal of obsolete products, returns, and reallocation of inventory as needed. Audits inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management. Coordinates with buyers to keep up-to-date status of shipments and tracking information. Responsible day-to-day cycle counting, reporting, item attributes, and maintaining millions of dollars of inventory at a very high-level of accuracy. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Two (2) years of experience in inventory control or related field

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience(preferred)

Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification- Reach Truck, Order Picker, Powered Pallet-jack, Forklift(preferred)

Warehouse Certification and Operations Certification(preferred)
