The community you’ll be caring for: 401 PALMETTO ST, New Smyrna Beach, 32168
The role you’ll contribute:
Manages individualized, goaldirected nursing care through use of the nursing process in accordance with Cardiopulmonary departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Develops, discusses, and communicates realistic individualized goals for each patient, in collaboration with each patient/family/significant other in order to address cardiac pulmonary needs.
Knowledgeable in the necessary skills and judgment to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient.
Evaluates the patient’s progress, care provided, and patient’s responses are reassessed in order to meet patient and family needs to assure overall quality of care delivered.
Maintains uptodate and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team, to ensure quality care.
Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure, and pursues on-going professional growth and development.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of two years of nursing experience is required
Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Florida
ACLS, BLS, AIDS education are required
Preferred qualifications:
