Job DescriptionMAIN ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working within the European Scheme Team that covers all scheme related activity, management and operationsThis position is responsible for the delivery and successful implementation of Scheme related projects and sales support related programs within Europe, reporting into the Head of Scheme Partnerships, with a focus on PolandPromotes scheme acceptance programs in order to achieve full participation and success within all designated locations and relevant business linesMonitors sales results and is involved in the training of the sales force to help ensure that sales and service goals are met.MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a liaison with Card Scheme Maintains knowledge of all products and services offered by card scheme Day to day performance management and analysis, driving enablement for volume growth Monthly reports and presentations to the sales function to improve acceptance Ensures the consistent and successful implementation of centralized initiatives and communications at local market level Actively participates in and drives relevant projects with value-based outcomes Support with customer facing discussion on cards to drive acceptance Escalation Management Implementation/roll out of Operational process efficiencies and/or Gap analysis for the relevant scheme, working with operations and complianceROLE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ year experience in Payments requiredGood knowledge or European payments landscapeKnowledge of Poland market is a strong plusStrong commercial acumen and understanding of contractual opportunitiesStrong negotiation, communication and influencing skillsAbility to work cross functionally and across different marketsGood analytical skills; creating insight out of dataGood organizational and project management skills Effective presentation and strong verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Polish requiredThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
