Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:30pm - 9pm ET & either Saturday OR Sunday 9:30am-6pm ET
About the Business: The Card Fraud Services team assists in reducing financial loss to the bank by detecting and preventing fraud. We execute using a proactive strategy of fraud detection, protecting both the bank and customer while providing shareholder value.
Purpose: Protect the bank against potential fraud loss through review of card transaction activity. Provide clients with appropriate, timely support and relevant information.
Essential Job Functions:
Review ATM, Debit and Credit Card transactions for potential fraud.Verify transaction activity with client and take appropriate action.When applicable, status card as appropriate, initiate the fraud claim and reissue processCommunicate dispute process and action taken to the client.Document relevant information in FDWC, CardGuard, Quest, CE Desktop, CUICommunicate trends to management and peers.Information share and recommend new processes as necessary.Education Background:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of laws and regulationsStrong written and verbal skillsKnowledge of bank systems: FDWC, TS2/CardGuard, Hogan, CUI, QuestWorkable understanding of bank processes and procedures pertaining to the ATM, Debit and Credit Card product.Ability to identify fraudulent activity and patternsStrong analytical skillsAbility to excel in a self-paced production environmentTeam building, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsPreferred Experience:
Minimum 1 year fraud experience in a customer service
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
