About the Role

\n

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our Field Operations team as a Card Distribution Lead. This role is responsible for managing the distribution and inventory of Myki cards, ensuring alignment with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, analytical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

\n\n Develop and implement card distribution strategies that meet or exceed client KPIs, including delivery timelines\n Monitor Myki card inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability\n Analyse distribution data to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions\n Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate performance metrics\n Coordinate artwork changes in collaboration with the government\n Manage supplier relationships and contractual obligations\n Maintain comprehensive documentation of distribution processes and procedures\n\n

Qualifications and Experience

\n\n Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline\n Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contract administration, or project management\n Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel\n Prior experience in transport ticketing is advantageous but not essential\n\n

\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\n Proactive approach with a focus on achieving outcomes\n\n
