We have a rewarding opportunity for a Capture Manager to join our Defense Solutions Team in the US.

As our Capture Manager you will lead efforts for some of the division’s most significant and highest value pursuits.  These are complex and technical business efforts that include identifying and assessing clients’ requirements, developing complex technical solution options, and building and leading a cost-competitive multifunction team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid.

Location: Remote US

Salary Range: $90,00.00 - $135,000.00 per year plus bonus

Your Challenge:

Strategic Capture- 80%

Develop, document and execute the capture management plan and associated strategies for each program.

Conduct requirements analysis, competitive analysis, capability assessments and gap analysis, price to win analysis, teaming plan, call plan, and other components of a successful capture program

Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep the business leadership team informed and engaged in advancing the execution of capture plans

Stay fully engaged through the cycle of proposal development, including proposal strategy, planning, writing, and submission for DoD and federal contracts

Ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.

Support a Capture Community of Practice - 20%

Foster a culture of continuous learning by gathering and integrating feedback from post-bid reviews, lessons learned, and market analysis

Provide coaching, training, and resources to proposal teams and cross-business unit stakeholders on best practices in capture management and proposal development

Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing competitiveness in the bidding process

What You Bring:

8 plus years' experience within the DoD industry

Previous experience with Capture Management and developing Capture Plans

Leadership experience

Strong organizational and planning skills

Strong cross functional communication skills

US citizenship required
