Responsibilities
\n\n Assist with early-stage planning and research for upcoming government contract opportunities.\n Gather and summarize information on agency budgets, program goals, and relevant government policies or legislation.\n Help analyze competitors by reviewing public data and identifying key differentiators.\n Review and interpret scopes of work and technology needs for potential projects.\n Support proposal development by helping the capture and proposal managers with assigned tasks.\n Research and respond to questions from proposal writers, technical teams, and pricing analysts.\n Help build staffing and operational models by reviewing available data, such as project volumes, performance reports, and competitor benchmarks.\n Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document workflows and customer experiences.\n Assist in identifying proposal requirements, solution gaps, and opportunities to use existing or new tools and technologies.\n Participate in team meetings to help develop use cases, estimate volumes, and gather requirements for IT, security, pricing, and operations.\n Help communicate key information from business development and operations teams to proposal writers and solution designers to support the creation of strong, competitive proposals.\n\nQualifications
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.\n Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development analytics, demonstrating growth and increasing responsibility.\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.\n Willingness to travel 10%. \n\nPreferred

\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $82-$131k.
