Captive Manager – Aon Captive & Insurance Management
Rotterdam / Amsterdam | 38,75 hours per week |Between €4000,- and - €5.200,- | Hybrid
We are currently recruiting a Captive Manager to join our dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of Captives and PCCs.
As Captive Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. This role offers broad exposure to all aspects of captive operations, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and investment oversight. You will act as the primary contact for clients on accounting and investment matters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
You will also be responsible for reviewing financial statements, preparing board materials, managing audits, and maintaining statutory records. Collaboration with underwriting teams and regulators is a key part of the role, as is ensuring adherence to internal controls and procedures.
What you’ll bring:
+ A qualification as a Chartered Accountant and experience in the general insurance market.
+ Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and financial reporting.
+ A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and support team members.
+ Can read Dutch at B2 level (proven/mandatory)

What We Offer
A challenging and dynamic role with ample opportunities for personal and professional development within a large organisation. The salary range for this position is between €4.000,- and €5.200,- gross per month, depending on your education, experience, and expertise.

You can choose to have this amount paid out monthly, save it, or use it to purchase additional leave (up to 35 days). The choice is yours!
