They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. This role is onsite in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and will be the liaison between CBRE and client projects teams- site minor works and capital projects **What you’ll do** + Build & maintain routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts. + Use aggregate data from multiple sources to build a complex complete evaluation and improvement. + Lead support needed for LOTO, equipment shut-downs and other related projects. + Lead hand-over packages from projects back to data team to build assets and preventative maintenance schedules. + Will coordinate project management of shutdown of equipment + Will lead weekly meeting to forecast for support + On project closure will ensure paperwork for new equipment of new equipment/ decommissioning of old equipment is in accurate format and will oversee in EAM CMMS system. + Collaborate with personnel from other departments to implement successful project implementation and process improvements. + Review the accuracy of information provided and answer requests from management, our clients, and project teams. + Adjust project timeline based on info and input from other team members and resolve schedule slippage or other program-related issues. + May provide informal help and training to coworkers. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What you’ll need** + Good written and verbal presentation skills. Able to present information with ease. + Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project, and intranet/internet. + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
