Here, you will make an impact by: + Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned projects + Lead a cross functional team to execute multiple projects simultaneously + Interact with multiple discipline teams including 3M plant personnel, consultants, and suppliers + Estimate capital equipment and installation costs + Protect 3M intellectual property Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution + Three (3) year of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management in a private, public, government or military environment + Prior experience with web line, converting, material handling, or automation equipment + Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment + Experience designing, specifying, debugging, and commissioning custom equipment a plus + Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for tasks such as spreadsheet computation, project presentation, scheduling, managing budgets and AutoCAD.
