Contract Duration: 12 Months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
+ Capital Markets – Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs
+ Strong Understanding of risk concepts
+ Data Analysis and governance – Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate
+ Business Analyst Skills – Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories
+ Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies – (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM)
+ Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)
+ Tableau and/or Dremio experience
+ Python – prototyping analysis/ development skills
+ SQL – Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs
+ JIRA/ Confluence
+ Microsoft Excel
+ Microsoft PowerPoint
+ Strong Communication skills
+ Self-starter
+ White glove service provider
+ Ability to take feedback and open to training
**What You Will Be Doing**
+ Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
+ Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
+ Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions.
+ Strategically engage with client personnel.
