**Capital Markets Operations – Wealth Management Front Office Support Associate** **Switzerland – Zürich / Opfikon** 12 months long contract Full time office role (no home office and no remote work) 42 hours per week Operations Global Wealth Management **Your role** Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? Are you a team player and enjoy collaborating with front office colleagues and other stakeholders? Are you hands-on and have a can-do mentality? **We’re looking for a Front Office Support Associates to:** • analyze, review and process various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration • manage End to end backflow of remediation items • document client structures (legal entities & individuals) according to internal and external regulations and policies • capture client data in internal systems • perform Quality Checks and Controls • coordinate with Client Account Managers and Clients to gather - information needed and be prepared for the major platform migration • Support across teams (e.g. Reporting, Solution Design, etc.) **Your team** + Team is specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals. + Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** • 1-2 year of banking experience • experience in a supporting or client documentation role • experience as a Client Advisor Assistant / Front Support Assistant • expertise knowledge of any Swiss Wealth Manager’s core banking tools is of great asset • customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude • ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility • detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery • facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
