Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting traders, sales and closers with booking and closing both primary and secondary par and distressed loan trades from transaction to closeManaging trade positions to confirm positions are reconciledAssist with amendment voting, refinancings, restructures, extensions and prepaymentsComplete KYC requirements prior to closeWork with operations in order to ensure successful closing and funding of tradesLiaison with counterparties, agents, legal counsel and borrowers to ensure smooth trade settlement Reconcile with operations any issues with trade settlement, positions, agent discrepanciesAdvise traders, sales of any discrepancies with trade settlementQualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of commercial loan closing experience Prior experience with LIQ, ClearPar, Syndtrak (or equivalent) and Bloomberg preferred Bachelor degree from an accredited university preferredEffective verbal and written communication and influencing skillsHighly organized with ability to multi-taskAbility to excel in fast paced environmentHours and Work Schedule
Hours: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
