As a Capital Markets Director you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our capital markets activities. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies to raise capital, manage financial risks, and enhance the company's financial position.
\nIn this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's financial success by driving capital market transactions, managing relationships with financial institutions, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute capital markets strategies to raise capital and optimize the company's financial positionManage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investorsIdentify and evaluate capital market opportunities and risksGuide capital market transactions, including debt issuances and refinancingMonitor market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-makingProvide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and business unitsYOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and financial risk managementProven track record of executing capital market transactions and managing relationships with financial institutionsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and people-oriented skillsWE VALUE
