Skills and Requirements - 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise banking or capital markets - Strong understanding of capital markets products, financial infrastructure, and settlement systems (e.g., DTC) - Hands-on experience with Basel III and liquidity management - Proven ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and support UAT testing - Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g., OSFI) - Familiarity with API integrations, especially between DTC and internal systems (e.g., CTS) - Background in corporate treasury, funding, and liquidity processes - Ability to manage complex transactions and work cross-functionally with developers and business teams - Prior experience with OSFI-driven projects - Exposure to intraday liquidity monitoring systems - Knowledge of Euro currency operations in addition to CAD and USD - Experience sourcing and evaluating third-party vendors and applications - Familiarity with cash management centralization initiatives null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
