All underpinned by technology created with purpose. **YOUR ROLE** As a **Senior Consultant** in our **Banking** team focused on **Finance, Risk & Compliance** , you will support the delivery of transformation programs that strengthen risk and control environments across financial services. You’ll work closely with clients to interpret regulatory requirements, enhance operational risk frameworks, and contribute to remediation efforts. Your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and growing expertise will help drive value and meaningful improvements in governance, resilience, and compliance. In this role you will: + Support the delivery of client projects by helping design and implement risk and compliance frameworks across operational, IT, and data privacy domains.In addition to compliance adherence, these programs aim to deliver operational efficiency, cost optimization, process automation and resiliency. + Assist in translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions, contributing to process improvements and control enhancements. + Participate in remediation programs by supporting internal audit activities and helping clients close regulatory and audit recommendations effectively. + Provide insights and analysis to improve risk management practices, working with data and technology teams to enhance reporting and oversight. + Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project milestones, while developing your consulting skills and domain expertise. **YOUR PROFILE** We would love to see candidates who have: + At least 5 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on finance, risk management, or regulatory compliance, ideally within financial services or other regulated sectors. + In addition, knowledge and experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML, KYC, and Fraud in Financial Services are welcome. + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk, Finance, Technology, or other related field; Master's degree preferred. + You have a track record of delivery excellence, influencing stakeholders, and working collaboratively and effectively in complex environments. + You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment, with strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?** _Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
