You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Your commitment to delivery excellence, strategic thinking, and results orientation will be key to driving impactful outcomes. **In this role you will:** + Support the delivery of complex transformation programs for insurance clients, contributing to strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. + Own specific workstreams or deliverables within initiatives such as digital platform modernisation, product innovation, and operating model redesign, including hands-on involvement in Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). + Assist in developing strategic plans and governance models, helping to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory expectations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gathering requirements, generating insights, and co-creating tailored solutions that leverage Guidewire capabilities. + Support project management activities, including progress tracking, risk management, and preparation of clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. + Drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means. + Stay informed on industry trends and technologies, including fintech innovations and platform capabilities, to bring fresh thinking and value to client engagements. **Your Profile:** We would love to see candidates who have: + At least 5 years of experience in business mgmt., process improvement, or a related field, with a focus on Insurance, ideally on Property & Casualty or Life Insurance + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + Functional knowledge of Underwriting, Claims, Policy Admin, Sales and Actuarial + Significant experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
