**Key Responsibilities:** + Understand and forecast future staffing demands by collaborating with business leadership and project managers + Thoroughly understand resource skillsets to make recommendations and assign appropriate resources to effectively staff projects + Work with the business to address resource needs and identify potential gaps + Update all relevant tools with resourcing assignments and allocations + Support reporting and data analysis to help make recommendations to the business for decision making + Help monitor utilization and develop plans for optimal resource usage + Assist with seasonal projects such as resume refresh and year-end vacation forecasting + Partner with other internal teams (HR, Recruiting, Finance, Sales Ops) to support their functions where there is overlap and help improve process **Key Skills:** + Ideally prior Resource Management experience at a management consulting firm + Additionally prior experience in HR, Operations, and/or Workforce Planning/Capacity management (specifically career development type experience as we want this person to be able to really know our people and provide them guidance) + Ideally experience working with AI / automation /Power Apps, etc to champion the use of this for RM (and other internal functions) + Strategic thinker that can contribute to process improvements/excellence + Agile performer with proven ability to succeed in fast-paced environment + Strong interpersonal and communication skills ; ability to build relationships and face off with senior level executives + Ability to be a strategic partner/advisor to the business that can influence and build trust at all levels of the organization + Analytical thinker - ability to leverage data and tools to drive insights **About Your Career** Our growth ambition and collaborative work approach with clients combine to create a business culture that allows new consultants to dive right in and become an integral part of the team.
