Capgemini Invent - Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and forecast future staffing demands by collaborating with business leadership and project managersThoroughly understand resource skillsets to make recommendations and assign appropriate resources to effectively staff projectsWork with the business to address resource needs and identify potential gapsUpdate all relevant tools with resourcing assignments and allocationsSupport reporting and data analysis to help make recommendations to the business for decision makingHelp monitor utilization and develop plans for optimal resource usageAssist with seasonal projects such as resume refresh and year-end vacation forecastingPartner with other internal teams (HR, Recruiting, Finance, Sales Ops) to support their functions where there is overlap and help improve process

Key Skills:

Ideally prior Resource Management experience at a management consulting firmAdditionally prior experience in HR, Operations, and/or Workforce Planning/Capacity management (specifically career development type experience as we want this person to be able to really know our people and provide them guidance)Ideally experience working with AI / automation /Power Apps, etc to champion the use of this for RM (and other internal functions)Strategic thinker that can contribute to process improvements/excellenceAgile performer with proven ability to succeed in fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills ; ability to build relationships and face off with senior level executivesAbility to be a strategic partner/advisor to the business that can influence and build trust at all levels of the organizationAnalytical thinker - ability to leverage data and tools to drive insights
