YOUR ROLE
As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Insurance team focused on Transformation Management, you will lead strategic programs that shape the future of financial services. You’ll manage teams, build client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach will be key to achieving impactful outcomes.
In this role you will:
Lead complex, end-to-end transformation programs for insurance clients, driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes across core functions.
Shape and execute large-scale initiatives such as digital platform modernisation, product innovation, and operating model redesign, with hands-on experience in Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
Design and implement governance structures and strategic plans, enabling scalable, enterprise-wide change and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities.
Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, guiding requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to co-create tailored transformation strategies.
Manage remediation programmes, supporting internal audits and regulatory reviews, and delivering control frameworks that strengthen operational risk management.
Actively drive business development, shaping proposal, building trusted relationships, and identifying growth opportunities through client delivery
Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
YOUR PROFILE
We would love to see candidates who have:
At least 8 years of experience in business mgmt., process improvement, or a related field, with a focus on Insurance, ideally on Property Casualty or Life InsuranceFunctional knowledge of Underwriting, Claims, Policy Admin, Sales and Actuarial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Significant experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field. Experience with Guidewire or Majesco implementation advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, projects, and client relationships. Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $145,600 - $175,000.This role may not be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
