You’ll manage teams, build client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach will be key to achieving impactful outcomes. **In this role you will:** + Lead complex, end-to-end transformation programs for insurance clients, driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes across core functions. + Shape and execute large-scale initiatives such as digital platform modernisation, product innovation, and operating model redesign, with hands-on experience in Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). + Design and implement governance structures and strategic plans, enabling scalable, enterprise-wide change and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities. + Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, guiding requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to co-create tailored transformation strategies. + Manage remediation programmes, supporting internal audits and regulatory reviews, and delivering control frameworks that strengthen operational risk management. + Actively drive business development, shaping proposal, building trusted relationships, and identifying growth opportunities through client delivery + Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. **YOUR PROFILE** We would love to see candidates who have: + At least 8 years of experience in business mgmt., process improvement, or a related field, with a focus on Insurance, ideally on Property & Casualty or Life Insurance + Functional knowledge of Underwriting, Claims, Policy Admin, Sales and Actuarial + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + Significant experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
